These videos are meant to introduce Kata (Pre arranged imaginary fight) to all those interested in joining SKSM Karate School. This is only one execise that an athlete needs to go through during a normal class.  You can only learn from a truly Qualified and Experienced Teacher and this is what SKSM offers, ONLY GOOD QUALITY TUITION.    Videos are only meant for reference.  Never substitute a good teacher with a Video.
